Restored vintage bell lampshade for a torch floor lamp.

The ruffled valance was a tedious job to restore but well worth the challenge.

I used ivory silk charmeuse for the cover and

replaced the restored original ruffle valance.

A torch floor lamp offers a variety of lighting. The center globe holds a mogul bulb and will light up a room. The three cluster fittings should be low watt bulbs (25 watts) and allow warm accent lighting.
